The purpose of the privacy notice is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the site collects and how it uses it. The above information is processed in automated form and collected exclusively in aggregate form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons (from 25 May 2018 this information will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller). For security purposes (spam filters, firewall, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with the laws in force on the subject, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or in any case harmful or criminal activities. Where the site allows comments to be entered, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, the site automatically detects and records certain identifying data of the user, including the email address. COOKIE POLICY
Dear Visitor (hereinafter “You” or the “User”), this website is administered by (hereinafter the “Data Controller”). Since so-called cookies are sent through our services, with this notice we want to explain what cookies are and how We use them.
Some of these cookies (so-called third-party cookies) are served and controlled by third parties. In this notice you will find links to the notices published by these third parties, which we ask you to read carefully.

A. What cookies are and what they are for
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send directly to their terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored in order to be retransmitted to the same sites on the user’s next visit (so-called first-party cookies). While browsing a site, the user may also receive on their terminal cookies from different sites or web servers (so-called third-party cookies); this happens because the website visited may contain elements such as images, maps, sounds, or specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. In other words, they are cookies that are set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting. Cookies may have a duration limited to a single browsing session in the browser (so-called session cookies), in which case they are deactivated automatically when the user closes the browser; or they may have a predetermined expiry date and, in that case, will remain stored and active on your hard disk until that date, continuing to collect information during different browsing sessions in the browser (so-called persistent cookies). Cookies are used for different functions. Some are necessary to allow you to browse the Site and use its features (so-called technical cookies). Others are used to obtain statistical information, in aggregate form or not, on the number of users accessing the Site and on how the Site is used (so-called monitoring or analytics cookies). Others, finally, are used to track a consumer profile of you and to show you advertisements on the Site that may be of interest to you, as they are consistent with your tastes and consumption habits (so-called profiling cookies). To learn more about these different categories of cookies, continue reading this notice. Find out how they work and what they are for, and freely choose whether to consent to their use or prevent it. These are:

B. Technical or necessary cookies
This Site uses Cookies to save the User’s session and to carry out other activities strictly necessary for its operation; browsing preferences are also stored in order to optimise the User’s browsing experience.

C. Statistics cookies
Some of the services listed below collect statistics in aggregate form and may not require the User’s consent or may be managed directly by the Data Controller – depending on what is described – without the help of third parties. If among the tools indicated below there are services managed by third parties, these might – in addition to what is specified and even without the Data Controller’s knowledge – carry out User tracking activities. For detailed information on this, it is advisable to consult the privacy policies of the services listed.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)
In particular, this site uses cookies from the following third parties:
– Google Analytics: an analysis tool by Google which, through the use of cookies (performance cookies), collects anonymous browsing data (IPs truncated to the last octet) and exclusively in aggregate form, in order to examine the use of the site by users, compile reports on activity on the site and provide other information, including the number of visitors and the pages visited. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where this is required by law or where such third parties process the above information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google. The data transmitted to Google are stored on Google’s servers in the United States.
Under a specific agreement with Google, which is designated as data processor, Google undertakes to process the data according to the requests of the Data Controller (see the end of the notice), issued through the software settings. Under these settings, advertising and data-sharing options are not active. Further information on Google Analytics cookies can be found at: Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites. YouTube: a video-sharing platform owned by Google, which uses cookies to collect information on users and browsing devices. The videos on the site do not set cookies when the page is accessed, since the "enhanced privacy (no cookie)" option has been set, under which YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily play the video. For further information on the use of data and its processing by Google, we recommend consulting the information on the dedicated page prepared by Google, and on the page on How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

D. Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are used to create a user profile of you, based on the preferences and tastes you have shown while browsing the Internet, and to show you advertising messages consistent with your profile. In this way the advertising messages you see may be more interesting for you. As required by the legislation in force on privacy, your prior consent is required for the installation of such cookies. For this reason, when you access the Site a banner is prominently displayed, informing you that (i) profiling cookies are used on the Site and that (ii) by closing the banner, scrolling the home page or clicking any element of the home page outside the banner, you consent to the use of cookies. If you give your consent to the installation of cookies in this way, we will keep track of your consent through a specific technical cookie. In this way, we will avoid showing you the cookie banner during your subsequent visits to the Site. Please note that, should you delete this technical cookie from your browser as described in point F, no. 1 below, the record of your consent would be lost and, therefore, during your next visit to the Site the cookie banner will be displayed again. Of course you are free to block the installation of profiling cookies at any time, without the possibility of visiting the site and enjoying its contents being compromised in any way. Profiling cookies are installed by third parties, who act as independent data controllers (third-party cookies).

E. Marketing cookies and other types of cookies or third-party tools that may make use of them
Some of the services listed below collect statistics in aggregate form and may not require the User’s consent or may be managed directly by the Data Controller – depending on what is described – without the help of third parties. If among the tools indicated below there are services managed by third parties, these might – in addition to what is specified and even without the Data Controller’s knowledge – carry out User tracking activities. For detailed information on this, it is advisable to consult the privacy policies of the services listed.

Security measures: This site processes users’ data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases categories of persons in charge involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, sales, marketing and legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data. Transfer of data to non-EU countries: This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and of the Italian Data Protection Authority, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information page of the Italian Data Protection Authority), so no further consent is needed. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

F. How to manage cookies and object to their use
There are several options for managing, disabling and deleting cookies.

(1) Change your browser settings

Safari: https://support.apple.com/kb/PH17191?locale=en_US
Opera: http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.00/en/cookies.html

(2) Use the interactive tools provided by third parties
To disable third-party cookies, consult the privacy notices of the third parties that install profiling cookies (see paragraph C above) to learn about the other tools available to you to manage, disable and delete cookies, and more generally to object to their use. Remember that, by disabling third-party cookies, (i) you object to their use not only on the Site but on all the Internet sites on which such cookies are used and (ii) the possibility of browsing the Site and using its features will not be affected in any way. When you disable third-party cookies you will still see the cookie banner on the Site’s home page; in this case, however, by closing the banner, scrolling the home page or clicking any element of the home page outside the banner, you will not receive any third-party cookie that you have correctly disabled.

(3) Use the website www.youronlinechoices.eu
Your Online Choices is a website run by the non-profit association European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA), which provides information on behavioural advertising based on profiling cookies (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/about-behavioural-advertising) and allows Internet users to easily opt out of the installation of the main profiling cookies installed by advertising operators and used on Internet sites (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices). Before using this tool, we recommend that you carefully read the general terms of service of the Your Online Choices site, at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/terms-conditions, as well as the frequently asked questions (FAQ) (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/faqs) and finally the user guide (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/help). Use Your Online Choices consciously. Although Your Online Choices brings together many of the most important companies in the advertising world that use cookies, some of the third parties that install cookies across the web may not have joined Your Online Choices. Therefore, using Your Online Choices does not guarantee that you will not receive third-party cookies when browsing the web. Remember, moreover, that by deleting all cookies from your browser, the technical cookies released by Your Online Choices to remember your choices may also be deleted, making third-party cookies active again.
